FINDING A STORE LOCATION

On each level of the centre we have Digital Directories, that can assist you to find store locations throughout the centre. These directories are located at –

Level 1: Located near Level 1 entry
Level 2: Located near Level 2 entry & also near the escalator
Level 3: Located near Level 3 Australia Post entry and Cinema entry

CENTRE MANAGEMENT

If you require further assistance, please visit our Centre Management Office on Level 2 (located down the corridor) next to Best & Less. Please note we are only open during business hours – Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm (excluding public holidays).

Disability Services

For those who find it difficult to get around, Redbank Plaza offers complimentary wheelchair and motorised scooter hire from the Centre Management office on level 2. Bookings are recommended and can be made on 3288 5511.

This service is available for in-centre use only and only available MONDAY TO FRIDAY between 9am – 4:30pm (excluding Public Holidays). Therefore not available on Thursday nights or weekends. You will have a 3hr time limit.

We have a new supplier of these items and as such, a new form will need to be completed and signed on your first hire.

For your convenience, disabled toilets are located near Cineplex on Level 3, and in the Food Court on Level 2.

PARENTS WITH PRAMS PARKING

Pram parking spaces are conveniently located at each entry level with close access to our centre. Just park and stroll right in.

PARENTS’ ROOMS

Our comfortable parents’ rooms are located on each level of the centre –

Level 1: Located in the lift foyer across from JV Audio
Level 2: Located near the Food Court
Level 3: Located across from Kaisercraft

They offer feeding rooms, toilet, nappy changing area and a microwave.

We also have a Mother’s Room (located inside the Female Toilets) on Level 2 near Lowes. This space contains a change table, chair and microwave.

BREASTFEEDING MUMS

Redbank Plaza welcomes breastfeeding. Feel free to breastfeed your little one anytime, anywhere in the shopping centre.
