“Redbank Rewards” has closed
Redbank Plaza Shopping Centre wishes to advise that the “Redbank Rewards” Loyalty App program has been discontinued, with buy and scan for points no longer available as of Wednesday 11 March, 2020.
Customers with eligible points, within a range redeemable for a prize, will be contacted via email.
Please check your inbox and junk folders over the coming weeks, as your point specific prize must be redeemed from our Customer Service Info Desk (on level 2) by 30 June, 2020.
We would like to thank everyone for their support over the last few years. While the app will discontinue, we look forward to offering further experiences, competitions and giveaways both in-Centre and online.

A : Not all users will receive an email and prize. Prizes are at our discretion based on a number of factors listed further below.
Q : I am not happy that the App has been discontinued?
A : We regret that we have had to discontinue the App. Due to a number of reasons we have made this difficult decision. As per the loyalty app’s terms and conditions, the program can be cancelled at anytime at the Centre’s discretion.
Q : I am not satisfied with the prize that I have been emailed?
A : The awarding of these prizes is at the Centre’s discretion as per the terms and conditions associated with the app. This is not a requirement and is a gesture of goodwill on behalf of the Centre.
Q : How was it decided who is an eligible user who received a prize?
A : Definition of an eligible user is below.
- Must have been an active user within the past 3 months.
- Must not work in, or for Redbank Plaza Shopping Centre.
- Must not have been flagged in the app back end for scanning without making a purchase, or fraudulent scanning (at the Centre’s discretion).
- Must have the required level of points for each prize.
Q : What prizes and prize point brackets have been awarded to eligible users?
A : We ask for your understanding as it was necessary to have a cut off for each prize range. Regardless of whether you were close to the next prize range, eligible users cannot “level up” to the next prize range. The determined prizes and points ranges are as follows –
299 points or less No prize awarded
300 > 499 points 1 x Free Coffee Voucher
500 > 999 points 2 x Free Coffee Vouchers
1,000 > 2,999 points $15 Cineplex Gift Card
3,000 > 4,999 points $30 Coles Myer Gift Card
