WHERE CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?
The cards are available for purchase from the Centre Management Office (Mon-Fri, 9am – 5pm). They can be purchased in any denomination from $5 up to $4,999. There is a $2.98 administration fee with every card purchased. Therefore a $50 gift card will cost $52.98 to purchase. Please note – they can only be purchased via EFTPOS only. No cash payments allowed.
WHERE CAN I USE THE CARD?
The card can be used at any Redbank Plaza store that has EFTPOS facilities.
HOW DO I USE THE CARD?
Instructions for use: Swipe card at the EFTPOS terminal, select ‘Savings Account’, then enter the 4 digit PIN printed on the reverse of the card.
HOW LONG IS THE CARD VALID FOR?
Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date of issue

Please note – funds may take up to 48 hours to be activated on your Gift Card.
Redeemable anywhere EFTPOS is available.
Treat the card like cash, lost or stolen cards will not be refunded. Cards cannot be used at ATMs to withdraw cash.
