Customer Service Desk
Our Customer Service Desk, is located on level 2 near the Food Court.
The Customer service desk operates 7 days a week during normal trading hours. Opening times are below -
Monday: 10am - 3pm
Tuesday: 10am - 3pm
Wednesday: 10am - 3pm
Thursday: 10am - 3pm & 5pm - 9pm
Friday: 10am - 3pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 4pm
Sunday: 10am - 3pm
Wheelchair Hire
Complimentary wheelchair hire is available from the Customer Service Desk on Level 2. Bookings are recommended and can be made on 3288 5511.
Kiddy Cruisers
Take the kids shopping with ease, in a kiddy cruiser! These kiddy cruisers are easy to push and are fun for the kids. Kiddy Cruisers are available for a small hourly charge and are available at the Customer Service Desk on Level 2.
