Disabled Toilets
For your convenience, disabled toilets are located near Reading Cinema on level 3, and in the Food Court on level 2.
Banks and ATMs
Our banks are located on level 1 of the Centre and include Westpac, Bank of Queensland, Suncorp Metway, and Bendigo Bank.
Parents Facilities
Our recently refurbished Parents Rooms can be found on each level of the Centre.
Level 1: Located in the Lift Foyer beside Petals on the Plaza.
Level 2: Located near the Food Court.
Level 3: Located near Reading Cinema.
Facilities include feeding rooms, play area, changing station, childrens toilet, and a microwave.
Parking
Redbank Plaza offers over 2,000 FREE parking spaces, including 1,650 undercover spaces. Parents with Prams parking is available in the express parking area located outside Westpac on level 1. Disabled parking is located at all entrances to the Centre.
Library
The Ipswich City Council Library is located outside on level 3, near the Police Beat.
